Teacher: Classroom use of Facebook is fraught with problems, possibilities:

School-based technology specialist Patrick Ledesma writes that while Facebook has many features that could be used in the classroom, he suspects educators will not encourage students to use the site for educational purposes in the near future. A supporter of the site argues that its features -- such as groups, document collaboration, events, questions and mobile access -- could be used in lessons. However, Ledesma writes about a myriad of issues that arise once a school endorses the use of a particular website.
