Recent developments in Congress have made the survival of Brand USA past its mandated two-year lifespan uncertain, and it falls to the tourism industry to speak out in support of the agency, writes Ed Watkins, editor-at-large of "It's important that Brand USA be able to continue its work without the threat of a death penalty from Congress.
