Fed adds 11 banks to yearly "stress tests"

The Federal Reserve is including 11 more bank holding companies in its annual "stress tests," which brings the total to 29. The new banks, including Comerica, Huntington Bancshares, M&T Bank and Discover Financial, have all previously participated in Capital Plan Reviews, a less-rigorous form of stress tests.
