Google intros latest Nexus 7 tablet with Android update

Google on Wednesday trotted out its new Nexus 7 tablet, equipped with updated Android 4.3 software and packed with a speedier processor, sharper display, and double the RAM of its predecessor. Built in a venture with Asus, the tablet will go on sale July 30 at major retailers such as Best Buy and Wal-Mart at starting price of $229 for a 16 gigabyte version and topping off at $349 for a 32GB 4G model. Google will upgrade older Nexus devices immediately and a few other models "soon."
