Ohio laparoscopic device firm stretches Series B round to $11.5M

Minimally Invasive Devices has stretched its Series B financing round to $11.5 million after raising an additional $2.5 million from Radius Ventures. The Ohio-based company will use the money to finance the sales and marketing of its FloShield vision technology, an FDA-cleared device used to control camera obfuscation during laparoscopic procedures.
