At the 11th annual Tales of the Cocktail convention in New Orleans last week, one major trend appeared at many restaurants: the old-school punch bowl. Bartenders are mixing up large-batch, craft cocktails featuring herb-infused liqueurs, fresh fruit and high-end spirits served with ice in a large bowl.
