Some Fla. schools struggle to fill therapist positions

Some school districts in Florida have a difficult time filling positions for speech, occupational and physical therapists because they use the same pay scale for these staff members as they do for instructional employees. This means, in some cases, the pay rate is much lower than what therapists can earn in other settings.
