Survey: Approval rates for Obama and Congress decline

Disappointed by partisan bickering in Washington, D.C., Americans have lowered their opinions of how well President Barack Obama and Congress are doing their jobs, according to a Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll. Obama's approval has declined to 45%, the lowest level since the end of 2011. For Congress, overall disapproval is at 83%, the highest rate ever recorded by the poll.
