Tech firms spend to push for immigration reform

Technology firms are spending big bucks on lobbying efforts related to immigration reform. Microsoft spent about $3 million in the second quarter, Facebook spent more than $1 million and Google spent $3.3 million. Separately, Reddit announced it is now a member of lobbying group the Internet Association.
