Top Chef to guide Live Nation's local sourcing shift

Concert promoter Live Nation will spend an additional $1 million annually to ensure that the produce it serves at its 38 U.S. concert venues is sourced from farms within 100 miles and all the meat is humanely raised. Celebrity chef Hugh Acheson has been hired to guide the transition, which includes the addition of a vegetarian rice bowl with vegetables and possibly tofu.
