TopGolf's game-centric driving ranges -- which track the distance of each ball hit and award points, offer casual dining and even feature mini-golf -- are growing in popularity and expanding to new locations throughout the U.S. despite high operations costs. "Over time we realized that we really appealed to a wide audience, not just avid golfers," says Adrienne Browne, TopGolf's communications manager. "It became known as a place you can bring the whole family and everyone can enjoy."
