UN experts arrive as chemical-weapons site is captured by Syrian rebels

The United Nations chemical-weapons team of expert Ake Sellstrom and UN disarmament chief Angela Kane arrived in Syria today to investigate an alleged chemical weapons incident at Khan al-Assal in Aleppo. Syrian rebels took control of that area Tuesday, which could prevent the UN team from visiting the site. "If the government does not control Khan al-Assal, then there is little chance they will let UN experts in," a UN envoy said.
