Want a better legacy? Try listening to your workers

Bosses who fret about their legacy should remember that it's their employees who'll define them for posterity, writes S. Chris Edmonds. It doesn't matter how well-meaning you are if employees see you as out of touch or disinterested in their lives. "Your intentions are honorable.
