Going gluten-free can have a silver lining for celiac disease patients by broadening their diets to include foods they may never have considered eating, writes dietitian Tamara Duker Freuman. To find inspiration, she recommends logging on to Pinterest and creating a "Gluten Free Goodies" board to store new recipes. Other tips for making a gluten-free diet easier include creating new holiday food traditions, bringing gluten-free foods to parties so you aren't stuck with nothing to eat and volunteering to organize events so you can control the menu.
