Lagging wages give U.S. Fed scope to keep rates low

Lots of U.S. indicators are pointing up, but the Federal Reserve is keying on wages and their stubbornly slow growth as one indication the economy isn't as healthy as it otherwise appears. With inflation below target, Fed Chair Janet Yellen has the latitude to resist insistence by her hawkish colleagues to raise rates soon.
