N.M. program helps raise awareness about teen dating violence

Members of the Silver Youth Leadership Team at Silver High School in New Mexico recently held a pool party and fundraiser to raise awareness about dating violence among teenagers. The students will attend training to become peer educators who guide students in troubled relationships to helpful resources. "I really admire that these kids are wanting to get the word out there," said teen specialist Linda Marquez.
