Passenger jet, cargo plane nearly collide at O'Hare

A United Airlines passenger jet and a cargo plane came within 300 feet of colliding Sunday night at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, the Federal Aviation Administration says. The FAA says an error by an O'Hare air traffic controller caused the incident, which ranks in the most serious category of runway incursions.
