Great Lakes Cheese plans for new cheese-processing plant in New York

Great Lakes Cheese Co. announced that it will build a 142,000-square-foot plant in Adams, N.Y., to replace its existing Adams facility. The new plant will allow the company to more than double its production capacity, enabling Great Lakes Cheese to "build on our existing relationships and enhance opportunities for growth," President and CEO Gary Vanic said.
