Quantae Williams, 17, loves his suburban mixed-race high school where he has been bused since his Louisville-area district began using race to mix its urban and suburban schools. But the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling last month striking down the policy has Quantae, who is black, worrying about having to return to the poor black downtown schools he used to attend.
