Survey: Noise a nuisance to hotel guests

A new survey of 47,634 travelers indicates that noise is the most significant problem during hotel stays, followed by room cleanliness, hotel/room maintenance, room odor and staff attitude. The "North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Survey" from J.D. Power and Associates also found that staff service was the No. 1 complaint for travelers staying at luxury hotels.
