Task force sees no need yet for additional FDA nanotech regulation

A federal task force concludes there is no urgent need at present for the FDA to develop additional regulatory authority for nanotechnology-based products, such as drugs. The report said such products may not even need to be labeled to alert consumers but said the agency should increase its knowledge of the science.
