Wall Street takes the pay czar's suggestions in stride

The banking industry said it will review suggestions from Kenneth Feinberg, the White House's pay czar, but some bankers said his report could have been tougher on the sector. Feinberg reported that 17 banks paid out $1.6 billion in "ill-advised" compensation, but he did not request that any of the money be returned.
