Delta updates its Sky Clubs to appeal to younger demographic

Delta first introduced its airport lounge concept, called the Delta Crown Room Club, in 1959 for businessmen. However, air travel has changed over the past six decades and so has Delta's lounge concept. Recently, Delta started updating its Sky Clubs to appeal to younger travelers. "We wanted to expand our demographic and create an environment that acknowledges that," said Kelley Moore, general manager of Delta Sky Clubs customer experience and product development.
