Domino's bares all in Times Square

Domino's customer feedback gleaned from its online tracking feature -- both kudos and complaints -- will be displayed on a 4,360-square-foot digital billboard in New York's Times Square, as part of an effort by the pizza chain to forge a stronger connection with the public. A corresponding national TV campaign will show real-life Domino's employees reacting to comments posted on the billboard.
