Calif. elementary school adopts holistic program to curb bullying

A nonprofit organization in Monterey County, Calif., will launch a "whole-school" bullying-prevention program at an elementary school as part of an effort to curb later violence among youth. Officials say the program will focus on prevention with a systemic approach, including the entire school, from students, staff, parents and the community.
