CDC: 285 sickened in cyclospora outbreak

CDC officials reported Thursday that the cyclospora outbreak has sickened 285 people in 11 states, with 18 patients in three states needing hospitalization. The cause of the infection is still unidentified, and public health officials said it's possible not all the cases are connected. The one-celled parasite typically shows up on fresh produce.
