City Council tells Madison Square Garden to find a new home

New York's City Council voted 47-1 to give Madison Square Garden notice that it will have to move from its current location within 10 years. The Garden asked for a permit to remain above Pennsylvania Station forever, but the council limited the permit to a decade. City leaders want to expand and redevelop Penn Station.
