Columnist: Give calorie counts a chance

Early research may show putting calorie counts on the menu doesn't change the way people eat, but it's too soon to tell whether putting the data in front of consumers will make a difference, writes columnist Esther Cepeda. "Awareness precedes both prevention and reduction. Let calorie counts become as ubiquitous as supersize sugary drinks and then we can have a fair conversation about measuring effectiveness."
