L'Oreal mobile campaign counts purchases resulting from ads

A mobile campaign from L'Oreal traces how many purchases the campaign produces. Teaming with ad tech startup Sparkfly, as well as Walgreens and Duane Reade locations in Manhattan, L'Oreal is distributing coupons in the women's beauty application Pretty in my Pocket. Each coupon contains a unique bar code that records when the coupon is redeemed.
