Many Americans with broadband access interested in live health chats

A study conducted by Parks Associates revealed that about 17 million U.S. households with broadband connections expressed their interest in having live chats with health experts. In addition, Parks Associates reported that half of broadband households that can access Web-based medical services such as online prescription refills and real-time video calls with physicians do use those services.
