Minn. city council allots $9M more to build stadium

The St. Paul, Minn., City Council has voted unanimously to allocate an additional $9 million for construction of a 7,000-seat, city-owned stadium for minor league baseball. Proponents say the St. Paul Saints provide lower-income residents an opportunity to attend sporting events.
