Nash Finch CEO expects $300M in value from Spartan deal

A $1.3 billion merger of Nash Finch and Spartan Stores will create $300 million in value for shareholders of the grocery distributors, Nash Finch CEO Alec Covington says. "I don't think I could provide that level of value to shareholders with any other strategic move," Covington said.
