Smartphone users are more engaged with TV content, study finds

Users are less likely to perform unrelated online tasks when watching TV content on a smartphone, compared with watching on a tablet, desktop, laptop or traditional TV, according to a study for the Council for Research Excellence by Chadwick Martin Bailey. The report also found that smartphone users are more apt to take part in activities connected to a show when watching it.
