Zynga's new CEO has 90-day plan to review operations, set new directions

Don Mattrick, the former Microsoft executive who recently took over as CEO of Zynga, is rolling up his sleeves and diving deep into the social gaming company's operations. “So here’s what I’m focused on in the next 90 days,” he said. “[I want to get] under the hood to evaluate every aspect of our business. [I will conduct] top-to-bottom business reviews and work with our leaders to calibrate against the market opportunity and to go after it with a real sense of urgency.” Meanwhile, Zynga Chief Operating Officer David Ko said the company is dropping plans to pursue online gambling in the U.S.
