5 years after Race to the Top, how will remaining funds be spent?

The federal Race to the Top grant program was launched about five years ago, and this article showcases how much nearly a dozen states have left and what they plan to do with their remaining grants. Among them are Tennessee, which has about $88 million left in funding and plans to spend some on programs in science, technology, engineering and math and teacher development.
