AT&T reportedly close to deal with YouTube video network

A source says AT&T's Otter Media, a joint venture with the Chernin Group, is in talks to buy a majority stake of Fullscreen Inc., a three-year-old company with 15,000 YouTube channels that garners 2.5 billion views per month. AT&T and Chernin partnered up earlier this year with plans to invest $500 million in online video.
