Cable groups say Web content providers hold the real power

Time Warner Cable, the National Cable and Telecommunications Association and other cable-affiliated groups are warning that the real power in the Net neutrality debate is held by content providers. Companies such as Google, Netflix and Facebook "have enormous and growing power over consumers' ability to access the content of their choice on the Internet," the NCTA said.
