Feds take NCLB show on the road to teachers this summer

Fifty veteran teachers handpicked by the federal government are conducting a seven-city summer tour to hold workshops for fellow educators on NCLB and classroom strategies. While union critics say the road show ignores their concerns about insufficient funding, teacher credentialing and student testing, several teachers attending the Anaheim, Calif., sessions welcomed the practical suggestions on how to help students learn.
