MSN bolts Avenue A for Universal McCann

Microsoft's MSN is shifting its online media buying business from Avenue A/Razorfish to Interpublic Group's Universal McCann, which is under the same holding company umbrella as MSN's creative shop McCann-Erickson. In an SEC filing, MSN indicated that the move is being done to consolidate accounts and not because of poor performance.
