Insurance crisis major issue in Fla. race for governor

The soaring cost of homeowners' insurance has become a major issue in the Florida gubernatorial race. The four major candidates say Florida must do more to attract and retain private insurers, and they agree that Citizens Property Insurance, the state's insurer of last resort, has grown too large. The candidates also promise to lobby U.S. lawmakers for a national catastrophe fund.
