Midwest files lawsuit over wing damage at Milwaukee airport

Midwest Airlines is suing several parties in an attempt to recoup an aircraft repair bill for more than $400,000. The suit stems from a 2005 incident in which a Midwest-operated jet collided with a truck spraying weedkiller along a runway at Milwaukee's Mitchell International Airport.
