Report ranks states on child well-being

The Annie E. Casey Foundation annual Kids Count report evaluated states based on children's health, living arrangements, economic status and education. Minnesota, New Hampshire and Connecticut ranked at the top, while Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi scored the lowest.
