Costly cleanup is expected after Iowa dam bursts

With fertilizer, oil-based products and propane tanks flowing into Iowa's Maquoketa River, environmental analysts are warning that cleaning up after the failure of the Lake Delhi dam will be expensive. Maquoketa officials and residents are racing to fortify the city and its utilities with sandbags as the river projects to crest at 35 feet, raising the potential for flooding.
