Songhees First Nation plans wellness center to improve lifestyles

The Songhees First Nation band plans to build a $13 million wellness center that will include a gym, fitness center and a teaching kitchen to be used alongside a new community garden program. The goal is to create economic prosperity and healthier lifestyles for members.
