Developer reportedly seeks to revive stalled Chicago skyscraper

Developer Related Cos. has purchased an incomplete, 25-story building that is currently a "concrete skeleton" in downtown Chicago in a move to restart construction on the stalled project, according to unnamed sources. The building was supposed to be a mixed-use residential project, but construction stopped when its developer ran out of funds. The tower could become a luxury rental building that features about 500 apartments under Related's plan.
