CEO: Company wellness plans must work in group settings

Wellness interventions that are successful on an individual level often do not work for groups of people, according to registered dietitian and Family Food CEO Krista Yoder Latortue. She said many corporate nutrition programs are fads that might have worked for one employee rather than evidence-based models that are shown to work for larger populations.
