Cookware with built-in heat sink makes cooking more efficient

The new Turbo Pot, developed by a technology engineer with an interest in his home kitchen, contains a heat sink designed to trap the heat from gas stoves and keep it under the pot. The result is cookware that is significantly more efficient. Turbo Pot cookware is available commercially and may be available to the consumer by the end of the year.
