House members to FAA: AirVenture ATC fees unauthorized revenue mining


In a letter to the Federal Aviation Administration, members of the U.S. House of Representatives called the FAA's assessment of fees for air traffic controllers at AirVenture unauthorized revenue mining. "We greatly appreciate the support of the representatives who see these FAA fees as unjustified and unauthorized, as well as a burden to American general aviation," said Experimental Aircraft Association Chairman Jack Pelton.
