To save fish stocks, start eating seaweed

We should consider switching to "ocean vegetarianism" in order to preserve declining fish stocks, says commercial fisherman Bren Smith. That means farming and eating seaweed and other ocean vegetables in order to give fish a chance to rebuild their population levels. "I’m considered a little crazy, but our oceans are in trouble and maybe what we need is a little crazy," Smith says.
