T-Mobile is moving into 15 new markets as it expands its newly purchased MetroPCS brand. The company will offer $40-per-month service through its own stores. MetroPCS is moving into markets already served by its smaller rival Leap Wireless. "We plan to arrive months in advance of AT&T and go right into the places where those Leap customers are who are hungry for something new and offer them something superior," said T-Mobile's Mike Sievert.
